This article is to help you learn how to view your Invoices in the WEO Platform.
1. Login to the WEO Platform. If you've already logged in and navigated away from the Main Page, navigate back to the Main Page.
2. After the Main Page loads, click on the right-hand hamburger menu and select the Account button link.
3. The Account Settings page will load. Scroll down to the Billing History section. Here you will see a list of your most recent invoices. You can click on these individually by selecting the Invoice #, or you can click on the View All Invoices button to see every Invoice for the account.
4. When you click on the View All Invoices button the View Invoices page will load. On it you will see the entire list of invoices, and the options to View Statement (the original statement) or the View button, which displays the invoice with the invoice's current status of paid, not paid, or voided.
5. When viewing the invoice, you will see an itemized breakdown of all the services you are currently signed up and paying for. This will be separated for each service broken down by Item #, Item Type, and a Description of the service.
