Have you signed up for WEO's Call Recording service but don't know where to go to listen to them? In this resource you'll learn exactly that. It is a very simple process and you should be listening to your calls in no time!
1. Login to the WEO Platform. If you've already logged in and navigated away from the Main Page, navigate back to the Main Page.
2. You will now see the Main Page in the Platform. On this page, front and center, is a section called Your Services. If you have a a tracking number with WEO, you should see a Phone icon link with the text Call Tracking. Click on this icon link.
3. The Call Tracking page will load. For most people, you will now see a chart with the number of calls per month followed by a list of calls. Continue to Step 4 if this is the case. For a few others who don't see these metrics or see too few metrics, it's most likely because you canceled an old tracking number and the system has two applied to your account. You'll need to filter to just the currently active tracking number by pressing the Show (Phone Number) Only button. The correct data should now be displayed.
4. Scroll down to the Call Tracking Detail section. Here you will see a list of calls, and if you have signed up for WEO's Call Recording service, you will have an addition column with a hyperlink text for each call labeled Listen to call. Click on these individual links to listen to the recorded phone calls.
5. And it's that simple! You can low listen to all of the recorded calls with your Call Tracking service through WEO.
