As part of your Social Media services with WEO Media, our Social Media team may reach out to you with a Cloud Campaign link to help facilitate connecting your various social media accounts. This connection empowers our team to more easily manage posts and campaigns on your accounts to deliver your monthly social media services.
If you have received a request to connect your accounts using Cloud Campaign, please use the following instructions:
1. Click on the link you received from an email sent by WEO Media. The link will take you to a page where you can manage your social media connections.
2. Click the Add Account button next to a social media account you have been instructed to connect by your Social Media team.
3. Follow the pop-up prompt to log into and connect the account.
4. Repeat step 2 for all of the accounts you were requested to connect by your Social Media team.
5. After all of your social media accounts have been added, scroll to the bottom of the Cloud Connect page and click the Link X Accounts. (X represents the number of accounts you've added.)
6. Your accounts are now successfully linked! All linked accounts will display a green Linked button.
