Are you interested in seeing some of your SEO metrics in the WEO Platform? Then you've come to the right place! Just follow the steps below.
1. Login to the WEO Platform. If you've already logged in and navigated away from the Main Page, navigate back to the Main Page.
2. You will now see the Main Page in the Platform. On this page, front and center, is a section called Your Services. If you currently have SEO with WEO, then you will see an SEO icon button link. Click on this icon link.
3. The primary section you will notice is GA4 Google Analytics Data and it's broken down into three tables. The first table is for Long-term Organic Traffic. This metric represents the total number of visitors who arrived at your website through unpaid (organic) search results since tracking began. Organic traffic reflects the effectiveness of your site's SEO efforts, showing how well your pages rank for relevant keywords. A strong long-term organic traffic number suggests sustained visibility in search engines over time.
4. The second table shows Long-term Total Visits. Long-term total visits measure the overall number of times users have visited your website since tracking began, regardless of the source (including organic, direct, PPC, social, etc.). This metric provides a comprehensive view of your site's cumulative reach and interest across all channels, giving a holistic perspective on audience engagement from all traffic sources.
5. And the third table shows Long-term Average Sessions Per User. This metric calculates the average number of sessions each user initiates over the entire tracking period. It provides insights into how frequently users return to your site, helping you evaluate their engagement with your content and assess the quality of their experience on your site. A higher average sessions per user indicates that visitors find consistent value, motivating them to return regularly. This can be especially useful for judging the effectiveness of your content strategy and the overall appeal of your digital experience.
6. If you can't find the latest email (or any email) with a link to your SEO Reports, don't worry about it. Over on the right-hand side you'll see a section called Recent SEO Reports. Here you'll be able to click on up to the last six available SEO Reports. Simply click on the Report Name to open the link to the Report in a new tab in your browser. If you want to see previous SEO Reports, follow Step 6 in How to View Your SEO Reports. Note that if you are only signed up for Local Search, you will not have an SEO Report.
7. If you have questions about your SEO Report, check out the video on Understanding Your SEO Report. Feel free to reach out to your dedicated SEO Team to learn more or to set up a meeting to go over your SEO Report and the health of your team's SEO efforts. If you do not know who to reach out to, you can find this info in the Activities and Notes section of your SEO Report. Just scroll toward the bottom until you see the signature of your SEO Team. There you'll find the email and phone number to contact. See the example below.
