Do you need to stop a new or current patient from receiving a Review Invite? In this Help Center article you'll learn exactly how to do that in the WEO Reviews platform.
1. Login in the WEO Reviews platform at https://weoreviews.com/.
2. Select Contacts from the left-hand side menu.
For Current Patients That Have Received Invites in the Past:
3. Use the Search function on the right-hand side of your screen, filling out any of the relevant fields to narrow the results.
4. Once you have found the patient you're looking for, hover over the patient name and click the vertical ellipses (three dots) and select Edit.
5. Select Block in the upper-right of the panel. Now the patient will no longer receive review invites.
6. That's it, you're all done!
For Patients Visiting for the First Time and Have Not Received Review Invites:
If the patient is visiting for the first time and has not received an review invite, the patient will need to be manually added.
3. Follow Step 2 above, then select the blue Add contacts button in upper-right of the screen and choose Add a contact.
4. In the pop-up panel fill out the patient name, email and phone exactly as it is in the office’s practice management system, then in the Communication preference section toggle the Email opt-in and Text opt-in options to off. Save the contact.
5. The patient will now not receive a review invite and you're all set.
