Are signed up for our WEO Reviews service and looking for how to add or remove Users? Then you're in the right spot. Follow the instructions below and you should be good. Note: Users are not patients, which are called Contacts in the WEO Reviews platform. Users are people who have the ability to manage Contacts and review functions within the platform, such as Blocking a Patient from Receiving a Review Invite.
1. Login in the WEO Reviews platform at https://weoreviews.com/.
To Add a User:
2. From the Home screen, select the gear icon toward top-right of screen to open up the Settings.
3. Scroll to bottom of the page to the Account section and select Users to open up the Users Page.
4. To add a User, select the blue Add users toward the top-right of the page, then you will need to fill out the User Information fields, such as:
- First and last name.
- Email address (to be used for signing in and notifications).
- Locations user needs access to (multiple locations only).
- Select admin under the Select Role drop-down.
- Select send invitation email OR create password, and choose when notifications are received when a new review is received.
5. That's it! You can add as many Users as you want now.
To Remove a User:
4. Follow Steps 2 & 3 above to navigate to the Users Page.
5. Hover over an existing user and select Manage user.
6. Select Actions and choose Remove user from the drop-down menu.
7. And that's all there is to it!
