How to View Your SEO Reports

Are you having trouble viewing your monthly SEO Reports? Well you've come to the right place to learn how to find and view them.

1. To find your most current SEO Report, check your email account for the subject "WEO Media: SEO Report for" at the start of it with the month, your client ID, and your practice name after those words. If you are having trouble finding the report email, first check your Spam/Junk folder to make sure it didn't end up in there by mistake. If you can't find it after some digging, you can also find links to latest six SEO Reports in the WEO Platform. Follow the instructions in Viewing SEO Reports in the WEO Platform to learn how.

2. In your SEO Report email you will find the link to your SEO Report under the text: "You can view your report here:" - Click on this link to gain access to and view your SEO Report.

3. When your SEO Report loads, you will see a page with some core details that do not change as you go through your report, such as the person who created your SEO Report and the month that the report is for.

4. On the left-hand side of your screen you will see a navigation panel with a few options, starting with Activities and Notes, which is the first section to load. Depending on your services with WEO, this navigation may have other options than those in this example.

5. You can click on the navigation links to view more info, such as checking out your monthly Google Analytics.

6. If you can't find the link to a previous month's SEO Report, don't worry, you don't have to hunt it down. All of your previous SEO Reports can be accessed in the drop-down menu between the Home and Report Bug buttons.
