How to Login to the WEO Platform

Please follow these steps to login to the WEO Platform.

1. Open a web browser (such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari) and go to your Login Portal, which will be your website's domain name/login (such as https://YourDomainName/login). Example: https://alacartedental.com/login. You can also simply navigate to your website and remove everything after the ".com/" portion of the URL and replace it with “login”. Then hit the Enter key.

2. After you hit Enter on your keyboard, your Login Portal Page will load. Enter your login credentials on your Login Portal Page. This will be your username or email address and the password associated with the User Profile.

3. Once you are logged in, you will be taken to your Main Page, which displays all of the services you have with WEO. If your goal is you view your secure Request Appointment Forms, follow these instructions to view Secure Forms and these instructions for Email Forms.
